Corporate Compliance Intern at Winter Motive (Remote) In USA | 26-28$/Hr Stipend

Winter Motive, an internationally recognized HR consultancy firm, is seeking a Corporate Legal & Compliance Summer Intern. This is a high-paying, fully remote opportunity offering up to $28 per hour.

This role is ideal for students with a "entrepreneurial spirit" who are interested in the Insurance Sector. You will not just be filing papers; you will be conducting high-level research on evolving topics like Artificial Intelligence (AI) in insurance and analyzing complex policy language. If you have a background in business or legal research, this is a prime opportunity to gain experience with an S&P 500-caliber environment.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for analyzing policy language and assisting with projects related to corporate compliance. Key duties include:

1. Research & Strategy

• Emerging Topics: Research and create summaries on evolving insurance topics, specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on the industry.
• Competitor Analysis: Research key competitors and develop detailed summaries of their programs.

2. Policy Analysis

• Language Review: Analyze current policy language regarding specific issues, such as state cancellation and nonrenewal requirements.
• Updates: Identify potential updates needed for proprietary insurance forms.

Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?

Winter Motive is looking for self-starters who can work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

1. Education & GPA

• Graduation Window: Must have a graduation date ranging from December 2026 – May 2028.
• GPA: Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Majors: Business, Marketing, Economics, Public Relations, Management, Communications, Sales, HR, or related fields.

2. Skills & Experience

• Legal Research: Experience in Legal Research is required.
• Traits: Must be a "Self-Starter" with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Preferred: Experience in a corporate environment or interest in Investment Management and legal documentation is a plus.

Compensation & Logistics

• Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour.
• Location: Remote.
