About the Role
SOS is looking for an Email & Content Marketing Intern to support our email campaigns and written content production. This role blends structured email execution with content creation, including blogs and downloadable assets that support our broader marketing strategy.
You’ll work directly with the Marketing Director and collaborate with other interns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, organizing ideas, and seeing content move through a real marketing system.
What You’ll Get Experience In
Email marketing and newsletters (Customers and Prospects)
Campaign planning and execution
Blog writing and content editing
Downloadable asset creation (PDFs, guides, one-pagers; we have a designer, but bonus if you can design)
Website content publishing in WordPress
Working within a B2B demand generation system
What You’ll Do
Support email newsletters and campaigns from draft to send
Assist with list preparation, QA, and scheduling
Draft and edit blog posts and written content
Help format and prepare downloadable assets
Update website pages related to content and email
Coordinate content usage across email and other channels
Who You Are
Junior, senior, or recent graduate
Strong written communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Interested in content marketing, email, or B2B marketing
Nashville (Central Time) preferred for possible occasional meetups, but not required
