📝 Job Description:
ispace, inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT & Operations Support intern to assist with ERP system operation, documentation tasks, fixed asset control and other internal tasks. The successful candidate will ensure our operational processes are clearly documented and efficiently maintained.
This position is on site only.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with data entry and record updates in ERP(NetSuite).
Support fixed asset management: inventory updates and tracking.
Maintain and update internal documentation (procedures, knowledge base).

固定資産管理のサポート:在庫更新および追跡
社内ドキュメント(手順書、ナレッジベース)の維持・更新
Basic qualifications
Currently undergraduate or graduate student preferably on Computer Science, information technology or related field.
Basic knowledge of ERP tools and fixed asset tracking.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Japanese Native or business fluent (N1-N2 level)/English proficiency sufficient for daily work
currently reside in Japan with valid working visa
can work minimum 2 days/week (15-20 hours)

ERPツールおよび固定資産管理に関する基本的な知識
細部への強い注意力と良好なコミュニケーション能力
自立して業務を遂行し、効率的にタスクを管理できる方

日本語ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル(N1~N2)
日常業務に支障のない英語力
日本国内在住で有効な就労ビザを保持
週2日以上勤務可能(15~20時間程度)
