Marketing and Growth Intern (Remote) Priority BPO – Star Player AI Program About Us Priority BPO trains and deploys highly skilled offshore legal assistants to U.S. law firms. We recently completed our two-week Star Player AI Legal Implementation Intensive and now have candidates ready for placement. As we expand our outreach, social media presence, and paid training programs, we are seeking motivated interns to join our growth team. Role Overview We are hiring three Marketing and Growth Interns to support marketing execution, content development, and growth initiatives for both our BPO operations and our Star Player AI Program. This educational internship provides hands-on experience in B2B marketing, AI-powered content creation, and tech-enabled professional services. Note: This is an UNPAID, remote internship with flexible hours. Interns will receive a formal recommendation letter and certificate of completion. Responsibilities As a Marketing & Growth Intern, you will work on: Building the Imagine Growth marketing funnel, landing pages, and outreach copy Editing and packaging short-form videos from our training footage Designing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts Drafting email sequences for law firm lead generation Creating a marketing plan for future paid Star Player AI training cohorts Conducting competitive research on B2B training, legal tech, and AI education Segmenting audiences (law firms, legal support teams, corporate counsel) Preparing weekly analytics reports and growth insights Participating in strategy and planning meetings with the executive team Qualifications We welcome applicants with interest or experience in: Marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns Legal tech, AI tools, or professional education Graphic design or video editing (Canvas, Canva, CapCut, Descript, Adobe) CRM tools, marketing automation, or webinar funnels Writing, editing, and B2B content creation Benefits Real-world experience implementing a full growth marketing system Portfolio-ready work (videos, campaigns, funnels, analytics) Direct mentorship from Priority BPO’s executive leadership Consideration for future paid contract opportunities Time Commitment8–12 hours per week Remote Flexible schedule 8–10 week internship Show more Show less
