Role Responsibilities: What Will You Do?
As an Escrow Intern, you will assist the branch office in facilitating smooth closing experiences for home buyers. Your daily tasks will revolve around the critical details of real estate transactions. Responsibilities include:
- Document Preparation: You will assist the Escrow Coordinator with assignments and document prep.
- Processing Support: You will help order essential documents like deeds and Power of Attorneys required for closing.
- Communication: You will oversee daily communication with Mortgage partners regarding incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
- Tracking: You will help track pertinent items needed to finalize closings.
- Process Learning: You will schedule training meetings with the Branch Support Center to understand how different departments work together.
Eligibility and Mandatory Requirements
PGP Title is looking for curious, coachable students who are tech-savvy. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory Qualifications
- Education: You must be enrolled as an Undergraduate or Graduate student at the time of application (or recently graduated the semester prior).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Tech Skills: Strong competency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams is required.
