Role Responsibilities: What Will You Do?
As a Security Planning Intern, you will play a key role in preparing for major upcoming events. Your work will directly support the safety and efficiency of the region's infrastructure. Your core duties will include:
- Major Event Planning: You will support operational planning and data collection for 2026 major summer events, coordinating with Chief Security Officer (CSO) units.
- Security Asset Mapping: You will conduct on-site reviews to map out physical security infrastructure, such as cameras, access control points, and barriers across facilities.
- Data & Dashboards: You will create dashboards and charts to track crime stats and security assets.
- Automation: You will help build automated workflows (using Power Automate) to streamline monthly security reports.
- Financial Operations: You will assist in organizing materials for federal reimbursement submissions.
Eligibility and Requirements
