Role Description Satverse AI is seeking a Project Management Intern for a full-time role with remote flexibility and a hybrid working option for Indore-based candidates. The intern will support end-to-end project execution by assisting in planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Supporting project and program planning, including scope definition, timelines, and task breakdowns. Coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, and external partners). Maintaining project schedules, trackers, and documentation. Monitoring progress, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and escalating issues when required. Facilitating clear communication across stakeholders and ensuring alignment on deliverables. Assisting in preparing status reports, meeting notes, and project updates. Supporting process improvement initiatives and basic workflow optimization. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world project management in a fast-growing, innovation-focused environment, with mentorship and structured learning opportunities. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently with accountability in a remote or hybrid setup. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar project management platforms is desirable.
