The United Nations Foundation is currently seeking a passionate and organized Senior Campaign Associate to support its Shot@Life campaign. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Washington, DC, offering a competitive salary of $65,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Overview
The Senior Campaign Associate serves as the "front-line" of grassroots engagement. You will report to the Director of Grassroots Advocacy and play a vital role in recruiting, engaging, and retaining advocates.
You will also support broader initiatives including United to Beat Malaria and Health for US, managing digital platforms, and organizing major summits.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage a diverse range of advocacy and operational tasks:
- Grassroots Activation: Recruit and train campaign champions; run monthly training sessions and manage the champion network.
- Event Management: Plan and execute the annual Champion Summit, Mobilize to Immunize Conference, and serve as the main point of contact for virtual Zoom events.
- Digital Advocacy: Manage online advocacy tools, petitions, and the internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Communications: Draft newsletters, text messages, and advocacy materials for supporters.
- Data & Reporting: Track advocacy actions and create data visualizations to highlight impact for funders.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Education: Bachelorβs Degree required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of related professional experience in advocacy or global health.
- Skills: Strong writing, project management, and cross-cultural event planning skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Salesforce and UN Foundation databases is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
