Program Streams
For the 2026 cycle, fellows can apply to one of two specialized streams, depending on their background and career goals:
- International Development Management (IDM): Focuses on health, education, rural development, and civil society. Placements may involve research, project management, communications, or monitoring and evaluation.

Eligibility Criteria
This program is specifically for Canadian nationals. To apply, you must meet the following strict requirements:
- Citizenship: You must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
- Age Limit: You must be 30 years of age or younger as of February 1, 2026.
- Education: You must hold at least a Bachelorβs degree (recognized institution) by April 30, 2026.
