Role Responsibilities: What Will You Do?

As a CRISP Fellow, you will act as a catalyst for systemic reform. You will be posted in State Capitals or major cities to implement MoUs between State Governments and CRISP. Your core duties include:

  • Field Research: Travel extensively to study scheme implementation and submit improvement reports.
  • Government Collaboration: Work closely with State Government offices to support policy interventions and capacity building.
  • Data Analysis: Synthesize data from multiple points to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Policy Development: Assist in framing policies and processes to remove implementation bottlenecks.

Eligibility and Competencies

CRISP is looking for candidates with a passion for social change and strong analytical skills. To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher with a good academic record.
  • Experience: Up to 2 years of work experience after graduation in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analytics is essential.
  • AI Proficiency: Competency in using LLM tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity to enhance productivity is highly preferred.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and the local language of the assigned state.

Selection Process (Rigorous & Transparent)

The recruitment process is multi-staged to ensure top talent is selected:

  1. Written Test: An online AI-proctored test comprising 50 MCQs (Cognitive) and a 1000-word Essay. You can choose a slot between 14th Nov and 13th Dec. (Cost: ₹750 per test).
  2. First Interview: The top 300 candidates will be shortlisted for an AI-agent-based interview (15th - 17th Dec).
  3. Final Interview: The top 50 candidates will interview with the CRISP leadership team (20th - 23rd Dec).
  4. Result: Final results will be declared before 31st December 2025.
