KRAFTON, Inc., the South Korean gaming giant behind titles like PUBG, has officially opened applications for the fourth batch of its KRAFTON AI Fellowship Program. This is an elite initiative designed to identify and nurture the most outstanding undergraduate talents in artificial intelligence from around the world.

Selected fellows will not only receive a massive KRW 10 million scholarship (approx. $7,000+ USD) but will also participate in a paid research internship in Summer 2026. The Opportunity: Research Internship & Mentorship

The core of this fellowship is the KRAFTON AI Research Internship. From June to August 2026, fellows will conduct hands-on research under the guidance of distinguished AI professors and KRAFTON researchers.

If your research leads to a paper accepted at a top-tier machine learning conference (like NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR) and you are the first author, KRAFTON will cover your conference registration fees and travel expenses. Previous fellows have successfully published papers at these prestigious venues.

Eligibility & Selection Process

This program is open to undergraduate students currently enrolled in universities in Korea and abroad. Foreign nationals are explicitly eligible to apply. The selection process is rigorous and multi-staged:
