Available Positions and Requirements

ARM is looking for graduates across various fields, from Engineering to Finance. Below is the list of open roles and what you need to qualify.

1. Engineering & Mining Roles

• Junior Engineers (2 Posts): You need a BEng or BSc in Mechanical or Heavy Current Electrical Engineering (or a National Diploma). You must be willing to undergo further training.
• Graduate Mining Engineer (1 Post): Requires a Degree or National Diploma in Mining Engineering. This is for those who want to focus on mine planning and production.
• Graduate Tailing Dam Engineers (2 Posts): You must have a BSc in Civil Engineering with an interest in water management and soil mechanics.
• Graduate Rock Engineer (1 Post): Requires a BSc in Mining Engineering, Geology, or Natural Sciences.

2. Geology & Science Roles

• Graduate Geologists (2 Posts): You need a BSc Honours in Geology. If you have an MSc, that is a bonus. This role focuses on mapping and finding mineral resources.
• Graduate Occupational Hygiene (1 Post): Requires a degree in Environmental Health or Sciences. You will help ensure the workplace is safe and healthy.
• Graduate Mining Planner (1 Post): Needs a Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering or Geology.

3. Business & Support Roles

• Graduate Human Resources Development (1 Post): You should have a degree in HR Development or Industrial Psychology. This is for those who love training and helping teams grow.
• Graduate Finance (2 Posts): Requires a BCom in Financial Accounting, Management, or Economics. You need to be good with numbers and analysis.
