Role Responsibilities: What Will You Do?

As an ERM Intern, you will help protect the firm's reputation and operations. You will work closely with the Enterprise Risk Management team to identify, analyze, and manage significant risk exposures. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Risk Strategy: You will assist in developing strategies to identify risks across contracting, client matters, IT, and HR.
  • Data Analytics: You will synthesize data into key outputs for leadership using Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and potentially Tableau.
  • Compliance Topics: You will gain exposure to critical areas such as anti-bribery, corruption, KYC (Know Your Client), and data privacy.
  • Cultural Change: You will learn how the firm implements initiatives to mitigate risk through cultural change and internal controls.

Eligibility and Mandatory Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

  • University: Must be an undergraduate student at Northeastern University.
  • Co-op Cycle: Must be approved for the January to June 2026 cycle and able to work full-time (40 hours/week).
