Role Responsibilities: What Will You Do?

As a Chatbot Business Analyst Intern, your main goal is to make the automated support system smarter and more efficient. Your daily tasks will include:

• Data Analysis: You will analyze performance data to uncover gaps in the chatbot's answers and identify key KPIs that need improvement.
• Flow Design: You will assist in designing conversational flows using conditional logic. Don't worry if you haven't done this before—training and guidance are provided.
• Implementation: You will support the team in rolling out enhancements to the chatbot solution.
• Problem Solving: You will handle ad-hoc issues related to chatbot errors or logic failures.

Eligibility and Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Education: You must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a relevant discipline. (Note: Fresh graduates within 6 months of graduating are also welcome to apply).
• Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (BM) is required.
