Internship Overview & Key Details

Role Responsibilities: What Will You Do?

As a Procurement Intern, you will be deeply involved in the "cradle-to-grave" procurement process. This is a high-responsibility role where you will:

• Strategic Sourcing: Research potential vendors, prepare bid lists, and evaluate proposals to find the best value for the company.
• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, expedite bid submissions, and manage purchase orders in SAP.
• Negotiation: Support or conduct commercial negotiations to secure cost improvements and better contractual terms.
• Project Support: Collaborate with shop personnel to launch RFPs and execute NDAs for the company's CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage) growth plan.
• Process Improvement: Develop comprehensive plans to address branding concerns in procurement documents and improve supplier qualification processes.

Eligibility and Mandatory Requirements

Everllence is looking for experienced students who can hit the ground running. To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

Mandatory Qualifications

• Education: You must have a Bachelor’s degree and be currently pursuing an MBA, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: You typically bring 1-3 years of work experience in procurement or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for dealing with vendors and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP Materials Management is a significant plus.
