Role Responsibilities: What Will You Do?

As a Procurement Intern, you will be deeply involved in the "cradle-to-grave" procurement process. This is a high-responsibility role where you will:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Research potential vendors, prepare bid lists, and evaluate proposals to find the best value for the company.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, expedite bid submissions, and manage purchase orders in SAP.
  • Negotiation: Support or conduct commercial negotiations to secure cost improvements and better contractual terms.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with shop personnel to launch RFPs and execute NDAs for the company's CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage) growth plan.
  • Process Improvement: Develop comprehensive plans to address branding concerns in procurement documents and improve supplier qualification processes.

Eligibility and Mandatory Requirements
