Job Overview & Key Details

Role Responsibilities: What Will You Do?

As a Pre-Litigation Associate, you will manage cases before they go to trial. This is a fast-paced environment where you will build client relationships and negotiate settlements. Your core duties will include:

• Case Building: You will compile evidence, medical records, loss of earnings documentation, and witness information to build a solid case foundation.
• Negotiation: You will communicate with insurance adjusters and negotiate claims to secure the best outcome for your clients.
• Legal Writing: You will draft government claim forms, demand letters, and other essential correspondence with strict attention to detail.
• Client Interaction: You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and their families, guiding them through the pre-litigation process.
• Hearings: Even in pre-litigation, you may appear in front of a judge for hearings as needed.

Eligibility and Mandatory Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Licensure: You must be a Licensed Attorney in California.
• Flexibility: You must be comfortable traveling and meeting clients/experts both on-site and off-site.

Preferred Qualifications
