Role Responsibilities: What Will You Do?

As a Legal Intern, you will support the foundation’s legal team across a broad spectrum of practice areas. This is a chance to see how a national nonprofit manages its legal obligations. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Corporate Governance: Supporting efforts in corporate and commercial transactions.
• Compliance & Risk: Assisting with risk management strategies and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility and Mandatory Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Education Status: You must be at least one year out of high school and currently enrolled in (or accepted into) a postsecondary program. (This includes College, Apprenticeships, Boot Camps, etc.).

• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are required.
