What Will You Do?

As the Health Systems Integration Officer, your main goal is to make sure clubfoot treatment becomes a normal part of healthcare in low- and middle-income countries. You won't just be sitting behind a desk; you will be driving real change. Your key responsibilities include:

• Advocacy & Strategy: You will lead efforts to get clubfoot services included in national health systems. This means working with government ministries and health agencies.
• Support Regional Teams: You will guide regional teams on how to talk to stakeholders and build strong coalitions with NGOs and donors.
• Data Analysis: You will look at data to see what is working, track progress, and help the team make better decisions.
• Storytelling: You will help the marketing team tell success stories that convince governments and donors to support the cause.

Eligibility Criteria

This is a senior-level role, so MiracleFeet is looking for candidates with significant experience. Please check the requirements below before applying.

Mandatory Requirements

• Location: You must live in and have a work permit for one of these countries: Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Uganda, or Paraguay. (MiracleFeet does not sponsor visas).
• Experience: You need 7 to 10 years of experience in advocacy, health systems strengthening, or policy work.
• Education: An advanced degree in Public Health, Social Policy, or International Development is preferred.
• Languages: You must have excellent English skills. Proficiency in French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is a big plus.
